These terms govern your use of the Actually app and website ("Actually"), operated by Nako Games ("we", "us"). By using Actually you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Actually.

Using Actually

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Actually. You can use the app as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.

Content is for information only

Actually explains common claims and myths for general interest and education. We aim to be accurate, but the content may be incomplete, simplified or out of date, and it is not professional advice. Nothing in Actually is medical, health, nutritional, legal or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health or anything else important.

Your comments

You own the comments you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute them within Actually. You are responsible for what you post, and you agree not to post anything that:

• is illegal, harassing, hateful, threatening or sexually explicit;
• is spam, advertising or deliberately misleading;
• infringes someone else's rights or shares their private information;
• impersonates another person.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. You can report comments and questions in the app.

Our content

The questions, explanations, images, design and software in Actually belong to us or our licensors. You may share links to questions, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute our content, or reverse engineer or interfere with the service.

Ads

Actually is free and supported by ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Actually at any time. We may update these terms; if the changes are significant we will let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use Actually after an update means you accept the new terms.

Ending your use

You can stop using Actually and delete your account at any time in the app's Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Actually is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, Actually. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of your country that cannot be limited by contract.
